These Terms and Conditions govern guests' stay at B&B Da Micchele. By making a reservation, guests fully accept the following. Please read them carefully.<\/p>

1. Booking and Confirmation<\/strong>
Reservations can be made online via our website, telephone, email, or through partner booking platforms.<\/p>

The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or electronic confirmation via Booking Engine.<\/p>

For bookings made through external portals (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), the portal's specific terms and conditions apply, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

2. Payments<\/strong><\/p>

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), debit cards. We do not accept checks.<\/p>

3Cancellation and No-Show Policy<\/strong>
Flexible Cancellations: If the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the arrival date, the reservation will be fully refunded.<\/p>

Late Cancellations or No Shows: For cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows, the full amount will be charged, depending on the specific terms.<\/p>

In case of early departure, no refunds are provided.<\/p>

4. Check-in and Check-out Times\nCheck-in: From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please communicate your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in: Dalle 12.00 alle 18.00. Si prega di comunicare l\u2019orario di arrivo previsto almeno 24 ore prima.<\/p>

Check-out: By 10:00 am.\u00a0<\/p>

A valid ID is required for all guests for registration.<\/p>

5. Stay and House Rules<\/strong>
Breakfast: Available in your room.<\/p>

Cleaning: Rooms are cleaned daily. Linen changes are available upon request.<\/p>

Smoking ban: Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and indoor common areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.<\/p>

Unauthorized access: Access to unregistered guests is not permitted. External guests must be authorized by management.<\/p>

Silence: Silence is required from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure the tranquility of all guests.<\/p>

6. Pets<\/strong>
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed on our property.<\/p>

7. Liability and Damages<\/strong>
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to people, things, or the property itself.<\/p>

Any missing or damaged items will be charged.<\/p>

Management is not responsible for theft or loss of personal items left unattended.<\/p>

8. Safety and Rules of Conduct<\/strong>
In case of emergency (e.g. fire, accident), contact the staff immediately.<\/p>

The use of electric heaters or open flames in the rooms is prohibited.<\/p>

Guests must adhere to safety and civilized behavior rules. In the event of serious violations, management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.<\/p>

9. Force Majeure<\/strong>
The B&B is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., natural events, technical failures, pandemics, etc.) that prevent the normal functioning of the stay.<\/p>

10. Processing of Personal Data<\/strong>
The data provided will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy<\/a>. I dati non saranno ceduti a terzi per finalit\u00e0 commerciali.<\/p>

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Vasto (CH).<\/p>
