These Terms and Conditions govern guests' stay at B&B Da Micchele. By making a reservation, guests fully accept the following. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Confirmation
Reservations can be made online via our website, telephone, email, or through partner booking platforms.

The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or electronic confirmation via Booking Engine.

For bookings made through external portals (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), the portal's specific terms and conditions apply, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payments

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), debit cards. We do not accept checks.

3Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Flexible Cancellations: If the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the arrival date, the reservation will be fully refunded.

Late Cancellations or No Shows: For cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows, the full amount will be charged, depending on the specific terms.

In case of early departure, no refunds are provided.

4. Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in: From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please communicate your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in: Dalle 12.00 alle 18.00. Si prega di comunicare l’orario di arrivo previsto almeno 24 ore prima.

Check-out: By 10:00 am. 

A valid ID is required for all guests for registration.

5. Stay and House Rules
Breakfast: Available in your room.

Cleaning: Rooms are cleaned daily. Linen changes are available upon request.

Smoking ban: Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and indoor common areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Unauthorized access: Access to unregistered guests is not permitted. External guests must be authorized by management.

Silence: Silence is required from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure the tranquility of all guests.

6. Pets
We're sorry, but pets are not allowed on our property.

7. Liability and Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to people, things, or the property itself.

Any missing or damaged items will be charged.

Management is not responsible for theft or loss of personal items left unattended.

8. Safety and Rules of Conduct
In case of emergency (e.g. fire, accident), contact the staff immediately.

The use of electric heaters or open flames in the rooms is prohibited.

Guests must adhere to safety and civilized behavior rules. In the event of serious violations, management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

9. Force Majeure
The B&B is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., natural events, technical failures, pandemics, etc.) that prevent the normal functioning of the stay.

10. Processing of Personal Data
The data provided will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy. I dati non saranno ceduti a terzi per finalità commerciali.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Vasto (CH).
